Each handy set of two potholders begins with a theme cotton fabric as the inspiration. To protect hands from the heat, they have repurposed toweling inside; a thicker and more "earth friendly" option. Please note older designs have insulated batting, but this is produced with polyester metalized film and will no longer be used in the products I create.
